2. Refunds & Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any of our jewelry products. We take the utmost care in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products, and strive to exceed your expectations in every way. We also do not offer rentals on any of our products. Each piece of jewelry is unique and made with the highest quality materials, so we want to make sure that it is yours to keep and not shared with others. Additionally, our products do not have a warranty, but we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.​​​​​​​

3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or customized. Once an order is in production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Repairs & Warranty
ORDIVA Jewelry offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

Repairs outside the warranty period may be available for a service fee.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. ORDIVA Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
