All Ordiva products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry and precious metals, slight variations in weight, finish, color, or dimensions may occur and shall not be considered defects.

2. Pricing and Market Fluctuations
Prices of items containing gold, silver, diamonds, or other precious materials are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

3. Custom and Special Orders
All custom-made, personalized, engraved, modified, or special-order items are final sale. Once production has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Custom, engraved, resized, bullion, and special-order items are not eligible for return.

5. Bullion, Coins, and Investment Products
Gold bars, silver bars, coins, and all investment-grade precious metal products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to market price volatility.

Once an order has been shipped, Ordiva is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ordiva guarantees the authenticity of its materials and precious metals. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, or third-party modifications are not covered under warranty.
