In-stock orders, or one-of-a-kind products are processed within 24 hours and will be dispatched next business day. Special orders or pre-orders will be custom manufactured and shipped out within 7-10 business days.

 

Local customers have the convenience of picking up their orders by simply making a request through phone or email. You will receive a notification email once your order is prepared for pickup.

 

All shipments will include full insurance coverage and a tracking number.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the mandatory signature requirement.

 

For delivery, a signature from an adult must be provided for package reception. 

All exchanges and refunds must be within 10 days of purchase date. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges following that grace period.

 

Jewelry purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

If you have any issues with your jewelry, please contact us prior or your refund or exchange request, so we are able to assist you in the best was possible.

 

Before processing a refund or an exchange, our quality assurance team thoroughly inspects all returns for any micro-damages or usage of jewelry. Once the evaluation is completed,  you will be contacted and informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method or credit card within a specific timeframe. It's important to note that a 10% re-stocking fee is applicable to all returned items.
